Refund policy

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please message me within 30 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs and service fees may apply.

Important: we do not provide refunds for items that do not reach you in time for a date needed unless it was explicitly guaranteed in a message from us before purchase. We never guarantee a specific delivery date for items being sent outside of Canada, as it's always possible there will be delays at customs.

Pickups: Orders that remain not picked up for longer than 3 months may be subject to a 10%  re-stocking fee. We do not provide refunds for orders that you may forget to pickup if it is more than 30 days past date of purchase.
