Custom paper name plate to frame with anatomy pieces. This listing includes the name plate only - not the frame or the lasercut art piece. 

Sizes will be adjusted based on the text provided.

Large size measures approx 4.75" x 2.25" 

Small size measures approx 3.25"x1.5" (pictured)

Small size goes well with our small size anatomy pieces, large size with the large size anatomy pieces.

Cut into black or white paper (can do custom colours as well just email us!). This size works well for 1-3 lines of text but email us if you'd like longer. 

Include the text customization in the "Order Notes" section of the shopping cart page.
